A few months ago, I tested & put together No Kv mode for Flashed Devkit. This also includes fix for XOSC, so you can run XOSC & not just XKE off of stealth while in noKv Mode. File's below.

i tried this but will not let me download profiles Like xbox 360 profiles? I use this constantly. Not being able to download your profiles is a known Rgh issue.
